The Palestinian National Authority (PNA) and namely the two Ministries of Education & Higher Education and Labor in cooperation with stakeholders from the private sector, the NGOs and international donors, took up an ambitious task: A comprehensive reorganisation of the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector.

EU Support To TVET Development Implemented By GIZ

This pilot programme aims at supporting TVET institutions to deliver more market oriented training that equips Palestinians with the qualifications required by the labour market. It is fully embedded in the new TVET strategy that calls for the development of relations with local communities and its emphasis on giving more autonomy to TVET institutions.
